Clocks in Iran go back one hour

altTEHRAN – The government announced on Wednesday that the clocks will officially go back one hour in autumn. 

The clocks should be put back on Wednesday at 12 am.  

Under the daylight saving time law, which was passed by the Majlis in 2007, the time officially goes forward one hour at the start of spring and is adjusted backward in autumn.
